David Griffen Photos
David Griffen was born in 1970 and is currently still living he was born in the United Kingdom but now lives in Austrilla. For the last 15 years he has been shooting photos in London restaurants and Global food brands .He is considered a world class food photographer his work is presented in the art gallery of Ontario.
His focus is on balancing his foods in his work so not just one singular food sticks out but that all his food sticks out. His foods have very vibrant colors and there positions .The way he places them and there colors makes them stick out . his style isn't really like a lot of other food photographers.
He picks the most different food and the strangest food so they stick out and i think that how he feels he wants to be different so he sticks out.he does not want to be like the other food photographers so he picks a little different food and way different positioned.
His influences are when he was a kid he loved cooking and at one point growing up he didn't want to take photos he wanted to be a chef. His mo growing up supported him 100 % same with his dad he grew up in the united kingdom and they have a lot of different foods there so he had a lot of inspiration.

My pictures aren't as pure as his are i tried making the food look the same as his but his colors just are so pure and natural with his colors being so bright it was really hard to recreate my main struggle though was finding the right color background and making the backround the same
I had to speciflicly place my food and make some off the food look the same by editing the at home to get the right color and shape.The background and lighting I had to get the right color and wait till the right of day to take the picture to get the right lighting .
